Tomorrow's materials. Made from today's waste.

Syntetica is a Paris-based deeptech company that uses green chemistry to transform mixed textile waste into virgin-quality recycled nylon polymers. Founded in 2023 by CEO Marco Bertone and CTO Louis Monsigny through the Entrepreneur First accelerator, the company developed a patented low-temperature, low-pressure process capable of recycling both Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6 from blended post-consumer textiles in a single step, eliminating the sorting barrier that has kept most nylon apparel out of circular supply chains.
Nylon's durability makes it indispensable in activewear, automotive, and high-performance textiles, but also among the hardest materials to recycle at scale. Syntetica's catalyst-driven molecular separation recovers nylon from elastane, cotton, and other fiber blends, producing drop-in recycled polymers for brands including Lululemon, Victoria's Secret, Etam, and manufacturing partners like MAS Holdings — moving mixed nylon waste from landfill toward industrial-scale circular production.
Syntetica develops and licenses chemical recycling technology to fashion brands and textile manufacturers, generating revenue from recycled polymer sales and partnership agreements. Its first demonstration facility in France, developed with Michelin's Centre for Sustainable Materials, is designed to transition the platform from lab scale to industrial production.
Raised $30M Series A in 2026 led by Bpifrance's Ecotechnologies 2 fund with strategic investment from Lululemon and MAS Holdings; first demo plant targeting hundreds of tons of mixed nylon textile waste processed annually.
Mixed Nylon Recycling
Recycles Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6 together from blended textiles without pre-sorting — a major industry breakthrough.
Virgin-Quality Output
Produces drop-in recycled polymers suitable for textile, automotive, and high-performance applications.
Green Chemistry Process
Low-temperature, low-pressure depolymerization separates nylon from elastane, cotton, and other fibers.
