Reunited Luxury is the consumer retail division of Irvine, California’s ESG Luxury LLC. It buys, authenticates, and resells pre-owned designer handbags and accessories, Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci and peers, so pieces already in the world stay in use instead of sitting unused or heading for disposal. The company is not affiliated with those houses; items are sold as certified-authentic pre-owned goods.
Distribution is the impact mechanism as much as the product. ESG Luxury places inventory in more than 100 partner locations (cruise ships, casinos, airports, hotels and other retail), Reunited runs its own store at Resorts World Las Vegas, and live shows on Instagram, TikTok, Whatnot and eBay Live put authenticated stock in front of collectors in real time. A sell-side desk lets owners consign or sell bags, jewelry and watches back into that loop. ESG Luxury LLC was filed in California in February 2023; Nikki Caruana is co-founder and president. In 2026 the business announced Certified B Corporation status and an ongoing partnership with the FACE Foundation for veterinary-care assistance.
The environmental claim is product-lifetime extension in a category built to last but often treated as seasonal. Every authenticated resale displaces some demand for a newly manufactured bag (leather, hardware, logistics) without pretending luxury consumption disappears. Authentication is the trust layer that makes that substitution possible: without it, pre-owned luxury collapses into replica risk and the circular loop fails.
Social impact is thinner in the public record than the circular story, but it is not empty. B Corp certification (announced for Reunited Luxury / parent ESG Luxury) is an independent governance and stakeholder standard, not a carbon score. The FACE Foundation partnership (April 2026) pledges recurring funding so families can afford life-saving pet care, an adjacent community program, not a substitute for measuring diverted production. Live commerce and travel-retail placement are how the company scales recirculation beyond a single ecommerce SKU list.
* Certified B Corporation announced 1 September 2026 (Reunited Luxury / ESG Luxury; B Lab). Public B Impact Score was not included in the press release.
* FACE Foundation partnership (April 2026): recurring sponsorship for families needing emergency veterinary care; company participation on the FACE committee (Nikki Caruana).
* No independent, company-published tonne or CO₂e diversion figures as of this profile; impact should be read as circular retail plus verified B Corp process, not as a quantified climate claim.

Lifetime extension, not new production
Sourcing and reselling authenticated bags keeps leather goods that already exist in use instead of feeding fast-replenishment luxury cycles.
Authentication as the circular lock
Certified-authentic inspection is what makes pre-owned Hermès or Chanel a credible alternative to a boutique purchase.
Circulation at travel and live scale
Partner placements in 100+ locations plus live shows put recirculated inventory where collectors already shop, not only on a website.
B Corp accountability
2026 B Corp certification subjects the business to B Lab’s social, environmental, transparency and legal-accountability bar—not a self-awarded eco badge.
Take-back into the same loop
A sell-to-us channel for handbags, jewelry and watches is meant to pull idle pieces back into authenticated resale.
